Käyttö ja annostus
Höyrystin/poltin: Lisää 6–8 tippaa eteeristä öljyä höyrystimeen tai tuoksulampaan. Hengitysteiden kautta: Lisää 3–5 tippaa eteeristä öljyä kulhoon, jossa on erittäin kuumaa vettä, ja hengitä höyryjä 5–10 minuuttia (inhalaatio on tarkoitettu vain yli 10-vuotiaille lapsille). Hieronta: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Lisää 4–6 tippaa eteeristä öljyä 20 ml:aan kantajaöljyä; sekoita veteen.
