Palautukset ja hyvitykset

Tässä käytännössä selitetään asiakkaan oikeus peruuttaa tilaus, tavaroiden palauttaminen sekä hyvitysten käsittely. Se on osa Käyttöehdot ja sitä tulisi lukea yhdessä seuraavan asiakirjamme kanssa Toimitus- ja toimitusehdot.

1. Peruuttamisoikeutesi (peruuttamisoikeus)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

2. Tärkeä poikkeus — sinetöidyt ravintolisät

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery. This means that once the seal or safety packaging of a food supplement has been opened, the product can no longer be returned under the 14-day change-of-mind right.

Avattamattomat tuotteet, joiden sinetti ja alkuperäinen pakkaus ovat ehjät, voidaan palauttaa 14 päivän kuluessa alla kuvatulla tavalla.

3. Peruuttaminen ja palauttaminen

Käyttääksesi peruuttamisoikeuttasi, ilmoita päätöksestäsi meille ennen 14 päivän määräajan päättymistä. Voit tehdä tämän seuraavilla tavoilla:

After you have notified us, please return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. We will provide the return address when you contact us.

4. Palautettavien tavaroiden kunto

Palautettavien tuotteiden on oltava käyttämättömiä, ja niiden sinetin sekä alkuperäisen pakkauksen on oltava ehjät. Sinulla on oikeus käsitellä tuotteita vain siinä määrin kuin tekisit sen myymälässä niiden luonteen ja ominaisuuksien selvittämiseksi. Saatat olla vastuussa tuotteiden arvon alenemisesta, jos käsittely ylittää tämän rajan.

5. Palautuskulut

Where you cancel simply because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

Jos tuotteet ovat viallisia, vahingoittuneita toimitushetkellä tai vääriä (ks. kohta 7), korvaamme palautuskulut.

6. Hyvitykset

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to cancel. We use the same means of payment you used for the original order, unless we have agreed otherwise with you, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Voimme pidättää hyvityksen, kunnes olemme saaneet tavarat takaisin tai kunnes olet toimittanut todisteen siitä, että olet lähettänyt ne takaisin, sen mukaan kumpi tapahtuu aikaisemmin.

Palautussummaan sisältyy alkuperäinen vakiotoimitusmaksu. Jos kuitenkin valitsit kalliimman toimitustavan kuin edullisimman vakiotoimitusvaihtoehtomme, olemme velvollisia palauttamaan vain vakiotoimitusvaihtoehdon hinnan.

7. Vialliset, vaurioituneet tai väärät tuotteet

If your goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a remedy under statutory consumer law. As the seller is established in Bulgaria, you have the right to complain for up to 2 years from delivery, provided you notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. This applies alongside the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence within the EU.

Nämä lakisääteiset oikeudet ovat voimassa 14 päivän peruutusoikeuden lisäksi ja siitä riippumatta — eikä edellä mainittu sinetöityjen tuotteiden poikkeus vaikuta niihin. Ota yhteyttä support@vikingsupplements.eu mahdollisimman pian ja liitä mukaan tilausnumerosi sekä tarvittaessa kuvia ongelmasta.

8. Tuotteet, joita ei voi palauttaa

Seuraavia tuotteita ei voi palauttaa 14 päivän peruuttamisoikeuden nojalla:

  • Suljetut ravintolisät, joiden sinetti tai turvapakkaus on avattu.
  • Tuotteet, joita on käytetty tai jotka eivät ole alkuperäisessä kunnossa tai alkuperäispakkauksessaan.

Tämä ei vaikuta lakisääteisiin oikeuksiisi, jotka koskevat viallisia tai virheellisiä tuotteita.

9. Riitojen ratkaisu

We always aim to resolve any issue directly — please contact us first at support@vikingsupplements.eu. If we cannot reach a solution together, EU consumers can access independent dispute-resolution information via the European Commission’s Consumer Redress platform. For cross-border disputes within the EU, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) offers free assistance.
