Käyttö ja annostus
Höyrystin/poltin: Lisää 6–8 tippaa eteeristä öljyä höyrystimeen tai tuoksulampaan.
Inhalation (facial steam): Add 3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. Not suitable for asthmatics via inhalation — use in a diffuser instead. Inhalation by steam not recommended for children under 10 years old.
Hieronta: Laimenna 5 tippaa eteeristä öljyä 10 ml:aan kantajaöljyä, kuten manteli- tai jojobaöljyä.
Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil and swirl into water.
