Käyttö ja annostus
Vaporiser: Add 6–8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or oil burner. Hengitysteiden kautta: Add 3–5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5–10 minutes. (Inhalation for children over 10 years only.) Hieronta: Laimenna 5 tippaa eteeristä öljyä 10 ml:aan kantajaöljyä, kuten makeamanteli- tai jojobaöljyä. Bath: Add 4–6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of a carrier oil. Mix into water.
