Käyttö ja annostus
Sekoita 1 mittalusikallinen (5 g) 5–8 oz (150–250 ml) kylmää vettä ja nauti ennen harjoittelua. Ota 1–3 mittalusikallista 20–30 minuuttia ennen harjoittelua.
