OSAVI Vitamin B6 P-5-P delivers pyridoxal 5′-phosphate — the biologically active, coenzyme form of vitamin B6 — in a clean, straightforward formula. Each vegan capsule provides 30 mg of P-5-P, supplying 18 mg of vitamin B6, equivalent to 1286% of the Nutrient Reference Value. Because P-5-P is already in the form the body utilises directly, it does not require hepatic conversion like standard pyridoxine HCl supplements.
