Käyttö ja annostus

Recommended daily serving: 1 press/spray (0.2 ml) under the tongue, 30 minutes before bedtime. Shake before each use. On first use, press 3–4 times to activate the pump.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Not recommended for children, during pregnancy or lactation. Consumption in excessive amounts may have a laxative effect. A beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
