Natur Tanya Bioactive Folate delivers 800 µg of folate per tablet in its most bioavailable form, using the patented Quatrefolic® ingredient — (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt. Unlike standard folic acid, this bioactive form is the metabolically active form of folate, ready for direct use by the body without requiring enzymatic conversion. Folate contributes to normal psychological function, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal blood formation, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Folate also contributes to normal amino acid synthesis, normal function of the immune system, and plays a role in the process of cell division.
