Take 1 capsule 2 times daily, immediately before or during a meal. The recommended daily serving is 2 capsules, providing 100 mg digestive enzymes (amylase 2400 IU, protease 600 IU, lipase 100 IU, lactase 400 IU, cellulase 20 IU) and 100 mg Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 strain.
