Cha da Saude Borututu is a traditional herbal powder derived from the dried root of Cochlospermum angolensis, a plant long used in African herbal traditions. Käyttö ja annostus

Infusion preparation: pour a glass of boiling water over 2.5 g (1 tablespoon) of dried Borututu roots and brew for approximately 45 minutes. Use: 1 glass 2 times daily (in the morning 1 hour before breakfast and in the evening just before bedtime). For preventive use: for a minimum of 2 months at least 2 times a year. Can also be brewed in a thermos and drunk throughout the day. Daily serving: 5 g.
