Käyttö ja annostus
Sekoita 1 mittalusikallinen (30 g) jauhetta 200 ml:aan vettä tai rasvatonta maitoa. Ota 1–2 annosta päivittäin (herättyäsi ja/tai ennen tai jälkeen treenin ja/tai ennen nukkumaanmenoa).
