MARINEX NucleVita Q10 is a premium multi-ingredient softgel formula combining Alaskan cod liver oil with a carefully selected spectrum of bioactive compounds, including Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), lycopene, lutein, zeaxanthin, astaxanthin, and a full suite of essential micronutrients. Each serving of two softgels delivers meaningful amounts of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids in triglyceride form, alongside fat-soluble vitamins A, D3, E and K2 MK7, plus zinc, selenium and chromium — all in a single, convenient format.

The formula is built around quality sourcing: the cod liver oil originates from Alaskan waters, lycopene is derived from tomatoes, lutein and zeaxanthin from marigold (Tagetes erecta L.), and astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis algae. Selenium is supplied as L-selenomethionine via selenium-enriched yeast, and Vitamin K2 is delivered as MK7 sourced from Natto — a form recognised for its extended half-life in the body.

DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Käyttö ja annostus

Swallow capsules whole; may be taken with a small amount of neutral liquid (e.g. boiled water). To allow the body to incorporate all substances in optimal amounts, the product should be taken in divided doses throughout the day, 30 minutes before a meal or 1.5 hours after a meal. Basic dose: 2 capsules per day (1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the afternoon). Intensive protocol: 4 capsules per day – especially during the first 12 weeks. In states of particular need, doubling the daily portion is recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.

Higher doses, particularly in conditions requiring support of immunological, haematopoietic, neurological, cardiological, endocrinological or hepatological functions, should be used only after consultation with a doctor or nutrition specialist. Do not use if other dietary supplements containing astaxanthin esters are consumed on the same day. In accordance with EU Commission Implementing Regulation 2023/1581 of 1 August 2023, the acceptable daily intake (ADI) of astaxanthin is 0.2 mg/kg body weight per day. Dietary supplements cannot substitute a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
