Cytoplan Vitamin B12 delivers a potent 1000 µg of vitamin B12 per sublingual tablet, combining two highly bioavailable coenzyme forms — methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin — in equal measure. Sublingual delivery allows the tablet to dissolve directly under the tongue, supporting efficient uptake without the need for additional processing steps in the digestive tract.

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal psychological function, normal red blood cell formation, normal immune system function, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to the normal metabolism of folate and plays a role in the process of cell division.

Käyttö ja annostus

Place one tablet daily under the tongue until it has dissolved completely, or as directed by a practitioner. Can also be swallowed whole, or chewed. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Varoitukset

If you have recently had coronary stent surgery, do not take this supplement except under medical advice. Do not use if sealing strip is missing or broken. Keep out of reach of children.
