African black bean seed extract (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill) 30% 5-hydroxytryptophan, capsule shell (glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), rice starch, filling agent: cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon dioxide.

Capsule shell: glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) — plant cellulose, vegan/vegetarian suitable.

Käyttö ja annostus

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily. To reduce food intake, the product can be taken with a meal. Recommended dosage: 1–2 capsules once daily.
