BetterYou Vegan Health Oral Spray is a convenient, great-tasting liquid supplement designed to support the nutritional needs of those following a vegan or plant-based lifestyle. Delivered in a fast-absorbing oral spray format with a natural pomegranate and raspberry flavour, it provides four key nutrients — Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Iron, and Iodine — in a single daily dose of just four sprays.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and to normal oxygen transport in the body. Iodine contributes to normal cognitive function and to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function.

The oral spray delivery method allows the fine mist to be absorbed directly through the soft tissue inside the mouth, offering a practical alternative to traditional tablets or capsules. Free from all 14 major EU allergens, sugar, artificial colours, dairy, gluten, wheat, and soy, this product is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and those with common dietary sensitivities.

Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), medium chain triglycerides, ferric sodium EDTA (iron), ferric ammonium citrate (iron), humectant (glycerin), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavourings (pomegranate and raspberry), thickener (xanthan gum), potassium iodide (iodine), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Käyttö ja annostus

Adults: Use 4 sprays daily (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Can be taken together or separately. 3–8 years: 1 spray; 8–12 years: 2 sprays; 13 years and above: 4 sprays. Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace cap after use.

Do not exceed recommended dosage – excessive xylitol consumption may produce laxative effects. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
