PERMA-GUARD Diatomit Food is a food-grade diatomaceous earth powder sourced from naturally occurring freshwater diatom fossils. The product consists of amorphous silicon dioxide (E 551) with an SiO₂ purity of approximately 92%, and a crystalline silica content of less than 1%, making it suitable for use as a food ingredient and dietary supplement.

Diatomit Food is a single-ingredient, purely mineral product with no energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, or sugar content. It can be easily mixed into beverages, smoothies, yogurt, or incorporated into baked goods and other foods at a 1% inclusion rate, offering a convenient and versatile way to introduce food-grade diatomaceous earth into your daily routine.

This product is certified suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets and is free from gluten and lactose. Each 200 g pack contains approximately 66 servings at the recommended 3 g daily dose.

Käyttö ja annostus

Ravista ja juo: Add one scoop (3 g) to a glass of beverage, smoothie, or yogurt. Mix. Diatoms are insoluble as silica but will form a suspension that should be drunk. Aikuiset: 1 scoop (3 g) per day. If the portion feels too large, reduce to 0.5 scoops (1.5 g) and gradually increase to 1 scoop (3 g) per day. Children from 12 years: 1 scoop (3 g) added to a glass of water or other beverage, mixed and drunk. Maximum recommended daily intake: up to 3 g/day. As a food additive: Enrich foods and baked goods by adding 1% Diatomit Food to the product mass.

Varoitukset

Diatomaceous earth is a dusty mineral with drying properties. Avoid prolonged inhalation of high concentrations of the dispersed product, as it may cause respiratory tract irritation. Do not allow the product to get into the eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with a large amount of lukewarm water. Keep out of reach of small children.
