Käyttö ja annostus

Take 1 capsule twice daily (2 capsules per day). Swallow the capsule with plenty of water during or after a meal. Recommended to take with fats, e.g. linseed oil or olive oil, to further increase curcumin absorption. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
