Naturally occurring allergens: Citral, Citronellol, Eugenol, Farnesol, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool.

Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6–8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner.
Inhalation: Add 3–5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water; inhale the vapours for 5–10 minutes. (Inhalation for children over 10 years old only.)
Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil.
Bath: Add 4–6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil; mix into water.
