Käyttö ja annostus

The recommended dose is 3 capsules a day, taken in the morning with a meal. Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. Providing 1500 mg betaine in the recommended daily dose. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 1.5 grams of betaine.
